The World Organization of Scouting Movements has recently release a key message determining that Scouting is Intergenerational. This lead the Frankston Patrol of the National Youth Council to answer the question on behalf of Scouts Australia, What is “Intergenerational”?
Scouts throughout the world engage with their local communities each and every day. By virtue of the fact that Scouts is a community organisation, this gives us a unique position to engage with community areas that may not otherwise be engaged. This reports provides suggestions to Scouts Australia on how to further engage Scouts in different community events and activities.
